Booking Conditions
Daily Apartment
Minimum stay is 2 nights, payable in full at the time of booking.
Weekly : A deposit of 25% is required at time of booking.
The balance of payment is due not less than 4 weeks before arrival date.
Bookings requests less than 4 weeks before arrival must be paid for in full at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy::Full refund minus US $50 fees if cancellation is made in writing more than 4 weeks prior to date of arrival.
No refund under 4 weeks before date of arrival.
